Serving the tri-state area (PA, NJ, DE) since 1987, our company was officially formed due to a demand for a unique graphics service we provided to our clients. Producing technical documents with combined resources from dissimilar computer systems provided a competitive edge. This advantage developed into systems consulting and solving small business technology problems.

The demand to produce cost-effective training materials by one of our major clients, developed into a full service operation. We also consulted in high-end CAD systems and local area networks (LAN). From this demand, the need to organize and fulfill the requirement for temporary expertise in network design and implementation has been the cornerstone of our principal consultant’s activities.

After years of successful accomplishments in independent contracting and employment, Systems and Networks has expanded its range of consulting to include local and wide-area networks, voice and data communications. We also provide second opinion consulting, an advantage to our clients who do not require the services of a full-time project manager.
